Delivery Timelines

• Orders will be delivered within 5-10 working days.
• Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or Speed Post
• Orders are dispatched within 10 days from the date of order and/or payment, or as per the delivery date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.
• Delivery timelines are subject to courier company / postal service norms.
• Arogya Ayurved (Platform Owner) is not liable for any delay caused by the courier company or postal authority.
• All orders will be delivered to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase.

Shipping Costs

• Any shipping charges levied by the seller or platform owner are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

Delivery Confirmation

• Delivery confirmation will be sent to your registered email address or Registered Mobile Number provided during registration.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

• You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
• The email will contain your tracking number(s), which will be active within 12 hours.

Damages & Lost Packages

• arogyaayurved.in (Arogya Ayurved (Proprietorship Firm)) is responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping.
• If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will be happy to refund or replace your order.
